ISG Portal Service

This service available free to our installer partners and  allows you to view, track and adjust all of your internet gateway connected heat pump installations through one dashboard. All you need to do is download and fill in a form from our website and we will activate the service for you, sending you your username and password.

The dashboard will allow you to carry out such activities as:

• Resetting a heat pump
• Fault finding
• Set a heat pump to send you email and/or text alerts in case of error messages
• Change or adjust settings
• See performance and COPs in real time
• Harvest data to show potential new customers and for marketing purposes (subject to permission from your customers)

This allows you to:

• Offer your customers an enhanced level of service and gain an edge over the competition.
• Save on unnecessary site visits
