Help is available both as an annual cover package or a one-off service.

Our Premium Package
This is our most comprehensive package, it includes a full health check of STIEBEL ELTRION equipment with all parts and repair work included alongside a complimentary software update of your WPM Controller. Included is:

- FREE spare parts and labour up to the 15th year of operation

Our Plus Package
Maintenance of the heat pump every year by our trained professionals. In the event of repairs, you benefit up to to the 12th year of operation with a complete cost coverage of material and labour.

Our Protect Package
This service subscription can be purchased at any time. Your heat pump is automatically serviced by us every two years with the following checks. Included is:
